We reserve the right to decline any request for treatment if our pharmacist or prescriber determines it is not clinically appropriate for you.
All treatment requests are subject to a clinical review by our GPhC-registered pharmacist or an authorised prescriber. Submitting a consultation form does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
You must provide accurate and complete medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your treatment being discontinued and could pose a serious risk to your health. We accept no liability for harm resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within our pharmacy. We do not issue paper prescriptions for use elsewhere unless legally required to do so.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment gateway. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Your payment will only be processed once you submit your order. Approval of your consultation and dispensing of medication is subject to clinical review and is not guaranteed upon payment.
If your consultation is declined, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the postal or courier service used.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, appropriately labelled packaging in compliance with medicines regulations. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and your medication dispensed. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and medication prepared for dispatch, we are unable to offer a refund for reasons of patient safety and medicines legislation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.
